Log book service
Carried out to the manufacturer's specification, so a car still under new car warranty stays covered.
Repco Authorised Service
Jack and the team have been keeping Jimboomba on the road from the workshop on Paul Court. Log book servicing, brakes, tyres, suspension and roadworthy certificates, all under one roof, and you get told what the car actually needs before anyone touches it.

Nine things are painted on the signs either side of the workshop door. They are on there because the workshop actually does them, in house, on the same workshop floor.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not. Ring the workshop, describe the noise, and someone who fixes cars for a living will tell you what it sounds like.
(07) 5516 6678Carried out to the manufacturer's specification, so a car still under new car warranty stays covered.
Pads, discs, lines and handbrakes. Checked properly rather than replaced on sight.
Fitting and balancing on the workshop's own tyre machine, with the wheel alignment checked while it is up.
Shocks, bushes, ball joints and the knocks and wander that come with Queensland back roads.
Queensland safety certificates issued on site, so a sale or a re registration does not stall.
The heavier inspection for vehicles that need one, done in the same visit.
Tested before they are replaced, and fitted the same day when they do need replacing.
Replaced on interval, because the alternative is an engine rebuild rather than a repair.
Renewed in pairs so the car sits and stops evenly, not just quietly.

A new RAV4 on the hoist and a forty year old Land Cruiser beside it. Both get the same set of hands.

This is the notice that hangs on the workshop wall. It is there because the question comes up every week, and because the answer is written into Australian law rather than into anyone's sales pitch.
"We carry out 'log book' servicing according to manufacturers specifications to ensure you are protected."
Queensland safety certificates
Selling a car, re registering one, or bringing something in from interstate. It gets inspected and certified in the same visit instead of sending you somewhere else with a list.
Five names that turn up in the reviews, which is the most honest introduction a workshop can have. On any given week the hoists have a Range Rover on one and a forty year old Land Cruiser on the other, and both get the same attention.

He even sent proof of the oil change and repairs completed.

Photos sent to me by them then explained once I picked up my car.

Two separate customers have written the same thing without prompting: photographs of the work arrive by text while the car is still in the workshop. The oil change, the old part, the thing that was actually wrong. Then it gets explained properly at the counter when you pick the car up.
It is a small habit and it is the reason people come back. Nobody enjoys paying an invoice they cannot picture.

Had my Navara serviced here for the first time after moving to the area and couldn't fault the service. Great communication via text and phone calls. He even sent proof of the oil change and repairs completed. As a bonus, he buffed my headlight which I'd been trying to fix for months! Really happy with the experience and highly recommend Jimboomba Auto Care.
I've taken my car (Mini Cooper Countryman) to the guys at Jimboomba Autocare a couple of times now, once for a smaller job and recently for a pretty massive job. I genuinely feel I have never been more looked after by a mechanic in terms of quality workmanship, communication, and price. (Photos sent to me by them then explained once I picked up my car) 10/10 would recommend Jack and Sam to anyone needing their car looked after. Thanks, see you again :)
Jack and his team were amazing to deal with. Honest advice, quality workmanship, and no corners cut. Their commitment to quality and safety really shows. Thanks again—happy to say you've gained a loyal returning customer!
Had a great experience with these guys doing major service on my car... Nice work done by Ajit and Danish as mechanic, also good customer service by Sunny. Thx to whole team
The team at Jimboomba Autocare, are absolutely fantastic! Their knowledge, communication and overall attitude are second to none! They not only came in under budget for the much needed clutch repair to my 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, they took the car in the day I called! Nothing was a hassle for Jack and the team, when I had concerns the night I collected the car, they asked me to bring it back the next day so that they could check it over to find the root cause of the issues and have had them rectified promptly as well! I will definitely be recommending Jimboomba Autocare for repairs and services moving forward. Thank you so much Jack, you have made me love driving my car again!
